Investing is taught as an inheritance. We're building the alternative.
Meet the Markets. Match with Investments.
InvestMatch is a real-data investing simulator for people who never had a parent's brokerage account open at the kitchen table. Built by a first-generation founder, for the first-generation investor.
I didn't inherit a map. So I built one.
I came to the United States at eighteen, from Madagascar, to study economics. I was the first person in my family to attend college here. No one in my household knew how to navigate the applications, the financial aid, or what came next. I worked it out as I went, the same way I now watch over a hundred first-generation students work it out as Academic Coordinator for Upward Bound Math & Science at UNLV.
Investing has the same problem college admissions did: it's taught as an inheritance, absorbed at a kitchen table with a parent's brokerage account already open. I didn't have that kitchen table. So I built InvestMatch for the people who don't: real tickers, real games, real data, explained from zero, with no assumption that someone already showed you how.
Most investing products are built for people who already had someone teach them. We built InvestMatch for everyone else.
of first-time investors say they stop researching a stock within minutes, not because the market is hard but because it's taught like something you should already know.
is how much is actually at risk while you figure out what a beat, a miss, and a guidance cut mean.
median time, in our pilot, from opening the app to swiping your first real ticker.
A dollar invested at 18 has forty more years to compound than a dollar invested at 58.
Financial habits aren't evenly distributed by age. The confidence to actually invest, not just save, usually has to be built in the first few years after someone starts earning money, and it's usually built by watching someone else do it first. Wait until you can "afford lessons" and you've already given up the decade where compounding does the most work. That's the decade this is built for: the students I work with at Upward Bound are exactly the age where this either takes root or doesn't.
Seven games and a simulator built to prove the point, with zero real dollars ever at risk.
Before a real dollar is ever on the line, every student works through a library of games graded against real market outcomes, and can test-drive any position in the Investment Simulator to see exactly what it would have actually done.

Progress measured in ideas, not in streaks.
Every round carries the concept it teaches, so performance aggregates by idea across all seven games. That is the number a teacher, a program director, or a funder needs, and it is what separates this from a streak counter.
Remediation, not just reporting
A weak concept surfaces on the stock the learner is already looking at, with the game that drills it one tap away. The loop closes without anyone being told to go practise.
Per-concept, per-learner, exportable
Correct against attempted for twelve named concepts, stored per account. The foundation for a cohort view, and for the spaced review that follows it.
Paper only, no brokerage, no advice
Nothing here touches real money or routes an order. The outcome being measured is comprehension, which is the only claim this product makes.
What you know
One password. Thousands of tickers. Here's what "explained" actually looks like.
Three screens, one afternoon: the deck, a game, and the quiz that tunes them, each one built to close the gap above.
Beat or Miss
You are swiping in under a minute. The quiz can wait.
Nothing is gated behind a questionnaire. You see a real ticker and a real result first, and tune the deck to your own thinking whenever you feel like it.
Your first swipe
One real, live-priced ticker, with a plain-English line on what the company actually does. No setup, no funding, nothing to read first.
One graded headline
Call how the market reacted to a real headline, then see what actually happened and the reasoning behind it. Graded against the market, not an answer key.
The quiz, later
Fifteen questions that tilt your deck toward how you actually think. It is a starting bias you can change any time, not a label you are stuck with.
Every ticker you never look at is a lesson left unlearned.
a real streak, not a login bonus.

We're raising a pilot cohort to prove InvestMatch works for students who've never had access to investment guidance. If you fund financial literacy, back underserved founders, or just want to see the data first, we'd like to talk.

News or Noise?
Nobody handed you a brokerage account at the kitchen table. Good. You don't need one.
Meet the Markets. Match with Investments.
InvestMatch teaches you the market the way you actually learn things: by swiping, playing, and seeing what real tickers really did. No parent's portfolio required, no real dollars at risk.
Built by someone who needed this to exist first.
I came to the United States at eighteen, from Madagascar, with no one to walk me through any of it: college, visas, or investing. InvestMatch is the tool I needed back then: real tickers, real games, explained from zero, with no assumption that someone already showed you how.
Seven games. Real markets. Zero real risk.
Every game is graded against what the market actually did, not a fixed answer key, so getting better at the game means getting better at reading the market.
News or Noise?
Predict how the market will react to a real headline, before it moves.
Beat or Miss
Call it: Beat, Meet, or Miss, graded against the company's actual reported quarter.
Momentum Draft
Pick five trending stocks and see if your read on momentum matches the real 52-week returns.
Stock Story Builder
Map a real event to its likely effect on a stock, using the same reasoning analysts use.
Investor Race
Three rounds of decisions, scored against the real market. See how your instincts hold up.
Fee Drag
Two funds holding the same thing, one charging far more. See what the difference quietly costs over thirty years.
Signal or Sales Pitch
A claim about a stock, and whoever made it. Decide whether that is evidence, an advert, or something you cannot check at all.

Fee Drag
What fees quietly cost you
It tracks what you understand, not how many days you showed up.
Every round is tagged with the idea it teaches, so your score is kept by concept rather than by game. Fees, compounding, earnings quality, diversification, how prices really react to news.
Your weakest idea finds you
The stock you are reading tells you where you are soft and opens the game that drills it. One tap, no hunting.
Weakest first, always
The map sorts by what you get wrong, not by what you have played most. The thing worth doing next is at the top.
Ideas carry across games
Fee Drag and Investor Race both teach compounding. Your score follows the idea, so progress is real understanding, not game familiarity.
What you know
Challenges
A streak you're not tempted to fake.
Every day you show up, you either extend your streak or start a new one, and every game you play earns real XP toward your next level. It's the habit-building loop of a game you actually want to open, pointed at a skill that compounds for the rest of your life.
See exactly what a real position would be worth today.
Pick a stock and an amount, and the Investment Simulator runs it against that stock's real 52-week performance. No pretend numbers, no invented market. Compare it to the S&P 500 and see, in plain dollars, what patience or timing actually would have cost or earned you.

Cloud Investor
Patient and steady. You'd rather hold through the noise than chase the next headline.
Heart Investor

Butterfly Investor
Quick and curious. You're drawn to what's moving right now, and you like being early.
